Building Energy Sciences was founded to focus specifically on building commissioning, energy
analysis, and building systems analysis as an independent provider of these services. The company is dedicated to assisting
building designers, constructors, and operators toward designing, constructing, and operating more energy efficient
and sustainable buildings. This is accomplished by an integrated offering of field diagnostic and testing services, superior
office analytical capabilities, and polished reporting and presentations. Our services are further enhanced by custom developed
software provided by our own software development team.
The company believes in the steadfast development of our
internal processes and our personal abilities so that we can assist our clients in the continual improvement of their
built environments. This core belief is evidenced by the multitude of industry organizations in which we are active and the
certifications held by our key personnel. We feel that our industry experience combined with theoretical knowledge and application
of scientific principles allows unmatched delivery of our services and thereby enhanced value integrated into each and every
project. Our company’s personnel have valuable industry experience ranging from consulting engineering design, HVAC
equipment sales, electrical contracting, software design and engineering, and building automation system design, installation,
and start-up experience creating a unique combination of hands-on experience and theoretical analysis capabilities.
